Keltoi was the collective name for a group of peoples who inhabited the Isles and the north-western part of the continent across the water where the Stone empire was rapidly expanding. They belonged to several different tribes, including the Rigante, the Pannones, the Norvii, the Gath, the Ostro, and the Perdii.

The various tribes of the Keltoi were recognisable by the colours and motifs of their cloaks.
